what is wood ash fertilizer ?


wood ash fertilizer is nothing but ash which we found after burning wood, ash is not a coal but after burning coal what you get that is ash. In ash fertilizer there are no other thing added except ash.

What is in ash ?


wood ash contains calcium carbonate as its major component, representing 25 or even 45 percent. Less than 10 percent is potash, and less than 1 percent phosphate; there are trace elements of iron, manganese, zinc, copper and some heavy metals.

Do not use While making wood ash.


Do not use ash from burning trash, cardboard, coal or pressure-treated, painted or stained wood. These substances contain trace elements that can be harmful to many plants when applied in excessive amounts. For example, the glue in cardboard boxes and paper bags contains boron, an element toxic to many plant species at levels higher than that required for normal growth

What are the miraculous benefit of wood ash for plant ?


- It make soil smooth
- It helps in killing fungus
- It helps in killing algae
- It helps to grow fruits in bigger size and more flowers.
- It also helps in killing insect such as aphids,slugs,snails etc.

How to use wood ash on plant ?


just simply spread on soil create a thin coating of  ash or spread on infected area such fungus, algae etc
or you can spread on plant also if there is sign of aphids or mealy bug

Do not Use in excess 


Because it increase Ph level of Soil 

before use check  ph level should be lower than 7

do not use with high potassium level

Continual use of ash in this way may increase the soil pH too much, or accumulate high salt levels harmful to plants.

so use only in weekly or in 15 days
