NPK Full form is :

N = Nitrogen

P = Phosphorus

Npk is not a fertilizer but it is content of the fertilizer. All fertilizer has this content in there and that is Nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium. How we human being need Carbohydrate, Protein and  Fiber, like that plant also require N-P-k  in there food which necessary to grow them. Basically you can find NPK in both chemical or organic fertilizers.

if you purchase any fertilizer like chemical or organic you may be see on packet such values

10-10-10
15-15-15
20-0-10
15-0-45
40-0-0 or etc

What it means ?

It means amount of content are present in this fertilizer
example

10-10-10 represent 10 (N)-10 (P)-10 (K)
in this fertilizer
10 nitrogen is present
10 phosphorus is present and
10 potassium is present

what about other value ?

They are also explain in same way .

like 20-0-10 means
20 nitrogen is present
0 phosphorus is present (means no phosphorus in this fertilizers has)
10 potassium is present.

and same like it goes for other value also.

What are the Miraculous  Benefit of Wood Ash fertilizer and how to use it on plants.

Hello friends i hope all of you are fine and doing best in your life, lets see first

Wood Ash

what is wood ash fertilizer ?

wood ash fertilizer is nothing but ash which we found after burning wood, ash is not a coal but after burning coal what you get that is ash. In ash fertilizer there are no other thing added except ash.

What is in ash ?

wood ash contains calcium carbonate as its major component, representing 25 or even 45 percent. Less than 10 percent is potash, and less than 1 percent phosphate; there are trace elements of iron, manganese, zinc, copper and some heavy metals.

Do not use While making wood ash.

Do not use ash from burning trash, cardboard, coal or pressure-treated, painted or stained wood. These substances contain trace elements that can be harmful to many plants when applied in excessive amounts. For example, the glue in cardboard boxes and paper bags contains boron, an element toxic to many plant species at levels higher than that required for normal growth

What are the miraculous benefit of wood ash for plant ?

- It make soil smooth
- It helps in killing fungus
- It helps in killing algae
- It helps to grow fruits in bigger size and more flowers.
- It also helps in killing insect such as aphids, slugs, snails etc.

How to use wood ash on plant ?

just simply spread on soil create a thin coating of  ash or spread on infected area such fungus, algae etc
or you can spread on plant also if there is sign of aphids or mealy bug

Do not Use in excess

Because it increase Ph level of Soil

before use check  ph level should be lower than 7

do not use with high potassium level

Continual use of ash in this way may increase the soil pH too much, or accumulate high salt levels harmful to plants.

so use only in weekly or in 15 days
